Hi everyone! It’s been way too long but anyone who lives in MN or listens to the news knows we’ve been preoccupied (and occupied). There’s been a lot to do. That said, we’ve been hard at work on the film and I’m excited to announce a new film title: We’re Just Making This Up. Bill and I have chosen it for several different distinct reasons which we have no inclination to explain. Hoping it sparks curiosity or elicits a smile.
Another bit of exciting news is that we will screen a fine cut of the film during this year’s Twin Cities Jazz Fest, taking place on Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20. We’re planning to book the Andy Boss room at the Saint Paul Public Library. Check back here or subscribe to our email so we can let you know an exact date and time when we have it. The library doesn’t take reservations this early! The room holds 70 people. If there seems to be a lot of interest we’ll consider multiple screenings to accommodate more folks.

Always great to see a new email from you. I wish I could have more easier access to your Twin Cities, but I live in Winston-Salem North Carolina,
I have many fond memories of going to the Artists Quarter just a few times, when I was briefly working in Minneapolis and St Paul many years ago.
Look forward to hearing more about the film as it progresses – thanks for everything y’all are doing up there!
I quickly identify with your very cool new film title because as a jazz drummer, I know that all jazz musicians improvise IE make it up every time we play!!
Thanks for the note, Bill–we really appreciate this encouragement!
